課程要求
To get the most benefit from this class, be sure to be in class ready to begin class when the bell rings. According to the university policy, one hour of unexcused absence is equal to five hours of excused absence. (You need to fill out a form either before the class missed or within 3 days after the missed class.) For this 2 hour course, if you have 1.44 hours of unexcused absence or 7 hours of excused, your course grade will be lowered by 5% If you have 1.8 hours of unexcused absence or 9 hours of excused absence, your course grade will be lowered by 10% If you have 2.4 hours of unexcused absence or 12 hours of excused absence, you cannot pass the course

Students will need to watch or listen to some materials posted on the NTU Audio Visual Education Center Library website. This material can only be accessed from inside the AV Center library. Be sure to plan your time so you can use these materials.

In addition, successful students need to be present and prepared for each class. They need to participate fully by being ready to report on the homework assignments, raising clarifying questions in class and proactively contributing to the lively atmosphere in class. This course has over 30 students in it, so there is a strong trend towards 'disappearing into the crowd'. Successful students proactively push themselves to involve themselves fully in each activity and assignment.
